| William A. Bischoff co-founded Genesis Investment Group in 1991. Previously he was President of Commercial Investment Group, a regional investment company with a focus on commercial and industrial real estate development. Prior to that he was a partner in August and Webster, a business consulting and accounting firm. Bill began his career at the University of New Hampshire where he was the Assistant Treasurer for a period of seven years. He attended the University of Miami and the University of New Hampshire. |

| John W. Canty co-founded Genesis Investment Group in 1991. Prior to that he spent 10 years as a small business owner/entrepreneur. His understanding of the M&A process and experience working with hundreds of companies gives him a unique perspective on the issues involved in cosummating a successful deal. He also was the Regional Sales Manager for the Loctite Corporation which grew over 500% during his tenure. Jack served in the US Army in Vietnam then graduated from Lowell Technological Institute with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. |
